Refund policy

Return Policy 
A product is eligible for return and refund only if it arrives broken during transit. Returns will be considered only under the following conditions:

1.The buyer must provide an unpacking video from the beginning until the product is fully revealed.

2.The return request must be submitted to our designated email address within 24 hours of receiving the product.

3.The buyer is responsible for the safe return of the product and its shipping costs.

4.Once we receive the returned product, the refund is subject to approval by our Quality Control department.

5.Upon approval, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
